**About us**:
UCL’s Workplace Health team provide professional evidence
- based, safe, effective occupational health and wellbeing advice and services to UCL staff and professionally regulated students. In order to promote health at work/study and enhancing the cultural and physical environment in which teaching, learning and research can operate effectively.

This role is based within the Workplace Wellbeing Team within the broader Workplace Health department. The Workplace Wellbeing Team’s remit is to ensure all UCL staff have the tools and resources to support their wellbeing and mental health. Having designed a clear offering under ‘Being Well at UCL’ which encompasses Healthy Body, Healthy Mind and Healthy Work, this role is critical to embed ‘Being Well at UCL’ across faculties and local departments through peer support and community-focused initiatives.

**About the role**:
We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Coordinator who will manage the peer to peer support programmes across UCL including Wellbeing Champion and Mental Health First Aider communities to ensure all staff have access to the support they need no matter which part of the institution they are based.

They will promote 'Being Well at UCL' at a local levels and more widely across UCL through delivering presentations, attending events and promoting evidence-based wellbeing practices, and will coordinate community projects across UCL to engage local teams such as Nearby Nature.

**About you**:
To excel in this role, you will need to have experience of developing and delivering impactful presentations, workshops and trainings to a diverse range of stakeholders, experience of working to multiple deadlines and of working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Previous experience working in a Wellbeing or Workplace Health role is not essential, but you should have a genuine interest in this field.

You should have excellent computer literacy across MS Office (PowerPoint and Teams especially), and you should also have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You work methodically, are capable of prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks at the same time and have excellent time management skills. You should be a self-motivated and proactive person and be willing to become fully involved in the Wellbeing agenda at UCL. Additionally, you have a commitment to customer focus and to providing an efficient and professional service to stakeholders.
