**Role**:
Are you a talented Graduate, or an Administrator, looking to develop in a busy, professional office environment?
Our client is a highly successful Wealth Management business, with an immediate requirement for an Administrative Assistant. Located in fabulous new offices on the outskirts of Sunderland, you’ll work as part of a team, learning new skills and studying regulatedFinancial Services qualifications, to support in your development. This in turn and if desired, will allow you to move into an enviable, Trainee Paraplanner role in the future.
Responsibilities will include:

- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and respond to queries
- Prepare all meeting packs for Advisers
- Preparation of folders/letters for Seminars and events
- Update systems following review meetings and prepare review letters
- Order and keep stock of stationery
- Postal duties
- Provide hospitality to visitors and team

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally a Graduate, or educated to 'A’ level standard (or equivalent), including BTEC, NVQ Level 3, Advanced Apprenticeship
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s, Grade C/4 or above, to include English and Maths
- Business Administration Level 3 is preferable however, training will be provided to achieve this
