**Role description - Quality Assurance Administrator**

**Overview**

ADHD 360 is a small private healthcare provider specialising in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and Autism. Based administratively in Lincolnshire, ‘360’ has a national footprint with clinics in many towns and cities as well as a remote clinical capability allowing for services nationwide.

The founding Directors of ADHD 360 have set out to provide a world-class service to our patients, learning from common mistakes, problems and barriers to success often found in state-funded national services. To that end, the processes and principles that underpin ADHD 360 are ‘different’, very much focused on the patient, and follow the HR principles of ‘right skills, at the right place and the right time’.

Our team do not find themselves overwhelmed with admin’ and paperwork but will find that the supporting ways of working enable them to perform their primary role, providing good support for the clinical team providing world class medicine.

Autism 360 have a growing list of people accessing our services. We have streamlined processes to maximise the efficiency of the assessment experience.

Quality Assurance of the required systems and processes is a key element of our continued success.

**Overview of the role**

The full-time (40 hrs p. week) post holder will report to the Quality and Standards Director. These hours can be flexed to fit in with other commitments.

The core elements of the role are:

- Quality Assurance of letters to GPs
- Thematic quality check of relevant processes and systems, e.g. back office, HR processes and records
- Attendance in Nettleham offices monthly for QA meetings face to face

The overriding Governance of our systems and processes lies within the Governance Policy and the framework for this agreed upon and monitored by the CQC, our regulators.

ADHD 360 have a strong learning culture, which is open transparent and honest. 360 does not believe in blame, and we build off our strengths and our learning. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is expected, and the post holder should expect to have responsibility for their learning whilst also engaging in CPD events provided by ADHD 360.

The location for work will predominantly be Head offices as agreed.

Essential qualifications:

- Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and to a limited degree Excel
- An ability to work on their own initiative yet be a key part of a team
- Be a natural problem solver
- Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure
- Organisation skills and an ability to manage their own workload
- Competent and confident with computers

The post holder will assist Autism 360 in achieving point 3 of the current Business Plan:
