**We are recruiting for two individuals to provide an excellent service for training providers, learners and employers by implementing the NOCN assessment and internal quality assurance policies, procedures and processes using agreed systems.**

**Please note that we are looking for x2 individuals who are based in either Sheffield or King's Lynn.**

**What will you be doing?**

As a Quality Assurance Officer, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

- Support the Lead Internal Quality Assurer by developing training materials, and by delivering initial and ongoing training about procedures, processes and systems to Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers.
- Respond to Assessor queries in an informed and timely manner or refer queries to the appropriate member of NOCN staff if necessary.
- Read and evaluate a sample of assessment and Internal quality assurance reports in line with the sampling plan, provide constructive feedback as required to Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers and make agreed amendments to reports.
- Develop training materials and deliver training about writing high quality assessment and internal quality assurance reports addressing common weaknesses.
- Rate and record the quality of assessment and internal quality assurance reports and report any concerns about the performance of Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers to the Lead Internal Quality Assurer.
- Contribute to the evaluation and review of assessment and internal quality assurance policies, procedures, processes and systems.

**About you...**
- Have right to work in the UK full time for a minimum of 2 years (NOCN Group does not offer visa sponsorship).
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent.
- Educated to Level 3 or above.
- Committed to continuing professional development.
- Experience of quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Experience of working productively across teams.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
