programmes. As part of this programme of work our plant and equipment will be modernised over the next 10 years, creating new

opportunities for the business and our colleagues.

Based at our 64 acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Documentation Controller. This role will

involve maintaining the Quality System certification, continuously improving the standard of Quality Assurance and ensuring timely

delivery of documentation to demonstrate compliance for all Sheffield Forgemasters requirements.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support the Auditor during internal audits.
- Maintain the approved vendor list, capturing audit dates / outcomes and all relevant certifications.
- Catalogue and maintain records of improvement opportunities to address identified weaknesses.
- Provide status reports to follow up on agreed actions and ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain the document management system.
- Generate audit reports and action plans.
- Review requirements for quality documentation.
- Deliver quality documentation packs ready for the final release of products, in accordance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate the delivery of final Certificates of Conformance and conformance test reports.
- Issue manufacturing procedures and specifications.
- Oversee internal Quality Management System documentation.

**About You**

You will have relevant experience with the following skills, knowledge and experience.
- You will have previous experience working in a similar role.
- Experience in the management of documentation and document management systems is required for this role.
- Strong IT (Microsoft Office Suite) and presentation skills.
- Auditing experience, working to ISO 9001:2015 standards is a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of defence manufacturing; nuclear quality system requirements; offshore oil & gas certification bodies and / or engineering manufacturing processes is not essential but will increase your suitability for this role.
- As this role involves some travel, a full driving licence and the ability to travel in the UK and abroad is required.

**Days/Hours of Work**

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with flexible start and finish time between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 - 18:00
