Pertemps are proud to be working for a large Educational client of ours based in Sheffield who require a Quality Administrator on a Permanent basis, the role will involve working within their Academic Quality and Standards team, this role will be lookingafter a range of admin processes within the team.
**Duties to include but not limited to-**:

- Admin support for validation, annual reviews, external exam, collaborative provision apprenticeships, governance and public information requirements.
- Maintaining databases
- Producing MI reports
- Administering purchase orders, parking permits, invoicing, stock maintenance and equipment
- Assisting with audits
- Providing a flexible admin support for Senior Managers such as; Diary Management, arranging meetings,document formatting, booking meeting rooms
- Administering a range of events, visits, training, meetings, appointments such as, arranging facilities, refreshments and hospitality, responding to queries, organising communications and mail outs, booking travel arrangements Visas and itineries etc.

**Experience and Skills required**:

- Experience of carrying out administration activities, including the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of organising and supporting events/ projects
- Experience of providing dedicated support to senior managers, including diary management/ travel arrangements
- Dealing with customer issues and resolutions, answering queries, and signposting/ escalating more complex issues as appropriate.
- Experience of committee servicing, including note taking and follow up action
- Previous experience gained within a quality department would be beneficial
