**About Our Client**:
The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Sheffield and Leeds.
- The key responsibilities of the Programme Administrator:

- Working as part of a team to support the implementation of specific workstreams and team functions- Supporting the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service, including secretariat for meetings
- Be a point of contact for external stakeholders, including learners, trainers and external organisations
- Ensuring that agendas and documentation for meetings and events are available by required deadlines
- Data entry and monitoring of quality of data
- First point of contact for the Programme Support team (electronically & verbally)
- General office duties to support the business

**The Successful Applicant**:

- The successful Programme Administrator will have:

- Administrative skills- IT skills (Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
- Ability work to deadlines and organise own workload
- Being proactive and using own initiative to prioritise task
