To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the functions, in particular, supporting senior staff and trainees in the co-ordination and delivery of programmes.

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Sheffield and Leeds.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Programme Administrator:

- Working as part of a team to support the implementation of specific workstreams and team functions
- Supporting the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service, including secretariat for meetings
- Be a point of contact for external stakeholders, including learners, trainers and external organisations
- Ensuring that agendas and documentation for meetings and events are available by required deadlines
- Data entry and monitoring of quality of data
- First point of contact for the Programme Support team (electronically & verbally)
- General office duties to support the business

**Profile**

The successful Programme Administrator will have:

- Administrative skills
- IT skills (Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
- Ability work to deadlines and organise own workload
- Being proactive and using own initiative to prioritise task

**Job Offer**
