Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading electrical services company who supply their services to major customers based throughout the UK.
Working closely with the Tender & Business Continuity Manager you will join their friendly and professional team, being responsible for assisting with the retention of their existing and extensive client base.
Duties will include:
- Work within the Business Continuity team to deliver business objectives in line with the company business plan.
- To utilise existing client information and working alongside the Operations Team in the preparation of client quotations for forthcoming works.
- Respond to queries regarding existing/ former programmes from both internal departments and clients.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with the CRM, order book, quote process, job costing sheets and raising job numbers.
- Future responsibilities will include creating quotations with associated administration for new and existing clients.
- Actively participate in team meetings to improve results and share best practice amongst the department.
- Monitor your personal KPIs to ensure you meet business objects on turnaround times for quotes and follow ups.
