Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a leading Manufacturing business based in Sheffield, who are looking to bring on some temporary support within their Quality department. This is initially a 6 month role but has potential to be extended for the right individual.

The successful Quality Administrator will have strong administration experience, good attention to detail and you must be a team player.

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Administrator:

- To work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure certification packages are completed in a timely manner
- Meeting and collaborating with management to identify solutions for ongoing certification problems
- Collate and file certification for incoming products, checking all details are correct on the paperwork/shipping labels
- Transfer information from works order to certification database
- Produce certification package
- Data entry and system checks

Key Skills:

- Willingness to learn with a proactive attitude and approach
- Excellent communication skills with good computer & numerical skills
- Be self-motivated and capable of using own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Work in a structured and methodical, well-organised manner at all times
