We're looking for a Project Administration Assistant to work for our client.

Over the last 25 years our client has established themselves as a market leader within wireless network design & installation across the UK & Ireland. Due to several large scale projects and an exciting period of continued growth they are now looking to expand and support their team with the hire of this Project Administration Assistant.

As a Project Administrator you will provide Administrative Support and will have a key role in the efficient management and delivery of solutions to clients. This is an exciting and challenging role for someone who is eager to succeed within a fast-paced environment

If you can demonstrate experience of carrying out administration tasks involved with ongoing projects then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that a high quality service is provided to the operations team.
- Ongoing administration and tasks relating to ongoing company projects
- Assisting with revenue and cost recognition
- Assisting with managing project financials and reporting
- Being responsible for timesheet and expense claim approvals
- Managing and resolving support requests
- Taking on other ad-hoc administration duties**Requirements**:

- Experience of setting up projects and carrying out the ongoing administration and maintenance within systems
- Additional experience of assisting with invoicing
- Further experience of carrying out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
- A solid educational background
- Personal time management and planning skills, with ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both staff and external stakeholder
- A self-starter who can work on their own initiatives with mínimal supervision but escalate as required
- Amicable and approachable with a mature ‘can do’ attitude
- **The Package**:

- Basic salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
