**About Us**: We are a successful independent Estate Agent with an excellent reputation, established since 2010 and located in the town centre of Southport. Run by Karen, who has over 40 years experience, we have a new vacancy for a Sales Negotiator with hours to include three full days during the week and a full weekend rota basis (presently 1 full weekend out of 4).
- Previous office-based, customer-focused experience
- Be a team player, be outgoing and friendly, excel at customer service, skilled at identifying sales opportunities and have a proven track record of computer operations and organising your admin.
- To enjoy maximum job satisfaction, it is preferable, but not essential, for you to have a driving licence in order to visit the properties we sell.
- You must live locally and have a great knowledge of our lovely town in order to promote it and maximise sales.
- Previous experience in Estate Agency not essential but you must have a friendly, helpful and positive attitude to your work which will extend to your clients.
- Flexibility to cover colleague holidays when required

**The role includes**:

- Engaging with buyers and registering their requirements accurately
- Arranging viewing appointments (which sometimes can be quite complex)
- Communicating progress to our clients and buyers at every opportunity
- Welcoming callers into the office and dealing with their enquiries efficiently
- Collecting and relaying constructive sales feedback to our clients
- Maintaining close contact with our clients whilst they await their sale to be agreed
- Identifying prospects, negotiating and agreeing sales
- Positive promotion of our company to potential new clients
- Efficiency in office administration and record keeping

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
