Job Description: Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southport, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£65,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes a competitive salary, commission, and bonus potential. Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
