Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southport. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the technology industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective client relationship building.
- Create and present tailored sales proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Regularly report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed to drive continued growth.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential for this role.
- Prior experience in sales or a related field, preferably in technology, is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary for success in this position.
- A competitive base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
