Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote sales growth and establish a loyal customer base
  • Analyze business aspects and monitor changes in data across various departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Foster B2B relationships and improve access to new markets through networking and relationship-building activities
  • Contribute to creative discussions and decision-making about the company's future
  • Promote Inciner8's products and services to achieve long-term success and maximum profitability

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an OEM/manufacturing environment or the waste management industry
  • B2B sales experience and ability to identify and act upon new business development opportunities
  • Sales negotiation skills with smaller and larger value projects alike
  • Contract negotiation skills and ability to manage and prioritize workload without supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and working knowledge of industrial equipment at a basic level

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum
  • Holidays: 22 days + bank holidays, with 1 additional day's annual leave accrued for every year worked up to a maximum of 25 days + bank holidays
