Our client are a well established estate agency with a highly successful branch in Southport.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced sales progressor for their successful local office, to do the following
- Cross Sell ancillary products including financial services
- Be proactive in solving problems during the property sales process
- Progress Sales
- Show excellent customer service skills when dealing with customers and clients
- Negotiate on a range of property values when necessary

They would like to speak to anyone with sales progression experience who are looking to join a well regarded estate agency business with promotional potential available.

We would be interested in hearing from estate agents, sales negotiators, lettings negotiators, sales progressors or anyone with property sales progression experience

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
