**Description**:
A new exciting position has come about so we are currently seeking a strong **Customer Care Administrator** to work within our existing team of Agents. This role will suit someone who has previous experience of working within a similar role and has an appetite to learn new skills and grow within our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls and dealing with requests to a high standard
- Liaising with other internal transport departments
- Undertake various admin tasks to facilitate our customer transactions
- Data processing/entry on various platforms
- Inputting customer jobs into our in-house traffic system
- Managing customer expectations
- Have a natural ability to troubleshoot transport related issues as they arise in a live environment

**Experience & Required Skills**:

- Motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic
- Demonstrate clearly that you can work on your own initiative to fulfil the tasks laid out
- Proactively managing & dealing with inbound requests depots and customers
- Excellent telephone manner and able to sympathise with customers
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Office and able to learn new IT Platforms
- An excellent team player, an effective communicator and poses high a level of attention to detail
