Customer Retentions Administrator

B Hygienic are a washroom company working nationwide and established in 1999. We have a unique opportunity to join our team in customer retention administration. We are looking for an experienced customer service person
- Responding to all customer concerns, questions and complaints
- Working with Account Managers to develope sales opportunities
- Retaining customers through positive influencing skills
- Utilising a CRM system to develop sales strategies and make appointments
- Operating social media sites including website updates
- Answering the main office phone, taking orders and payments
- Site surveys of customer locations
Experience of washroom or waste industries would be preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant must hold a full UK driving license.
You will work alongside our Sales account managers, Accounts and Directors therefore excellent communication is vital.
This role is extremely varied and there is never a dull moment. If you are up for a challenge, can be flexible, a team player and are great at communicating then we want to hear from you
The role is to cover maternity leave 9 months
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
