In this role, you will be an integral part of our Customer Support team by completing daily tasks that help us set the standards and working closely with all departments to ensure exceptional service.

This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Attention to detail, integrity, initiative, and the ability to enjoy admin tasks are essential. You will be responsible for using our CRM system, Microsoft Excel, and our own developing systems to handle various administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Efficiently managing the creation and amendments of bookings.
- Proactively following up with clients to gather necessary course requirements.
- Ensuring clients receive comprehensive joining instructions before each course.
- Conducting morning calls to provide timely course updates and address any concerns.
- Issuing and securely delivering certifications to successful participants.
- Handling invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Sending course reminders to participants to ensure optimal attendance.
- Managing delegate tracker for seamless course coordination.
- Handling post-related tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
