**Office administrator**

Broad Oak Heating and Insulation are a division of Broad Oak Properties that have a turnover of 18 million. We are a forward-thinking company who work on government grant schemes which help people out of fuel poverty. Due to continued expansion, we are looking at a highly motivated individual to join our planning team.

**The Role**:
Working as office administrator for the Heating and Insulation Department within the planning team

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Booking overnight accommodation for installers and communicating this with them.
- Speaking to installers on a daily basis and liaising with Contract Managers.
- Gathering paperwork and leasing with installers to ensure all works have been completed.
- General administrator duties including calling customers and updating company database.

**Skills and Attributes needed**
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential
- Have the ability to work well under pressure
- Be able to work well within a team and have the ability to juggle tasks during the working day
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- An Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
- Have excellent geographical knowledge

**Hours**
- Full Time 42.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday

A Driving licence would be advantageous due to our location

**Salary**: DOE
