**Job Title: Care coordinator/administrator**
**Location: Burton-Upon-Trent**
**Salary: £12 per hour**

**Hours: Full time including weekend working (1 week in 4)**
**The client**:
I am working exclusively with an established provider of learning disabilities care and support, within supported living and residential care settings, to recruit for a care coordinator/administrator.

You will join a provider who is passionate and committed to ensuring high quality care and independence is promoted within all their services.
**The Job**:
You will be responsible for coordinating the care teams to ensure the people who reside in these services receive the care and support required for them to live as independently as possible.
You will work closely with the operational teams, providing excellent administrative support, including assisting with recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities and duties will include**:
" Receiving inbound calls
" Management and resolution of absence issues in the staff team
" Creating rotas, successfully staffing shifts, and recording change on their data entry system
" Work alongside management to recruit and develop effective teams
" Maintaining records, filling, and all other administration duties
" Share the "on call" rota

**Skills & Experience requirements**:
" Computer literate including Microsoft Office
" Ability to learn new computer systems
" Excellent administration skills
" A polite and professional telephone manner
" The ability to work well under pressure
" Experience in a care environment
" Driver with own vehicle would be highly advantageous
" Experience of rota planning
