Remote, United Kingdom Payroll Sorted Full time

Are you currently working within the world of Payroll and looking for a fresh challenge?

If so, keep on reading, this could be exactly the role you are looking for

We purposely write this job advert in our language, which is straight forward, honest and to the point - it's who we are and how we communicate with every client we work with... we want to be different to other payroll companies out there, our success depends on it.

**About Us**

As a payroll bureau, we specialize in providing payroll services to accountants who have decided to outsource their clients' payroll to us. We're proud to be one of the fastest-growing payroll companies in the industry, and we even won the prestigious '**Payroll Team of the Year**' award at the Accounting Excellence Awards.

Our company is expanding rapidly, and we have big ambitions for the future. To support our growth, we're looking to strengthen our senior processing team so you are reading this because we are on the look out for awesome Payroll Professionals to jump on board with us.

**The Role**

The key aspect of this role will be processing payrolls, but not just any type of processing.... ‘No’ we need you processing our clients payrolls accurately, following our systems (which helps keep everything on track...) and approaching each payroll in the same way, with the mindset of “lets get this spot on and keep our clients happy”.

As a Senior Processor, you'll take charge of our more complex clients and ensure that all their payroll needs are met with precision and care.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payrolls across a diverse range of businesses, sizes, and frequencies, ranging from small to large organizations with up to 300 employees.

With out internal set-up set-up here, you would be supported by our Admin Team, these guys ensure that clients are sending in their instructions on-time and they will undertake all client reminders, scheduling and chasing. Our Quality Control Team would also be on hand to double check each payroll you process to ensure accuracy, all aimed towards delivering an ‘error free; payroll experience to our clients.

So what type of things will you be dealing with, everything payroll related really... so dealing with time-sheet input, calculating pay rates/ entering overtime, bonus, pay raises, holiday calculations, statutory pay, updating coding notices, starters and leavers.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong knowledge of payroll legislation and be able to handle typical payroll issues with ease.

**Experience & Expectations.**

Our intense training programme will help any new Team member get to grips with the very specific way we do things. You'll receive comprehensive training across all areas of the payroll function, ensuring that you're fully equipped to excel in your role.

To be considered for the position of Senior Payroll Processor, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a multi-payroll function, ideally within an accountancy practice or specialist payroll bureau. Experience working with **Brightpay**, our chosen software package, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be required to switch from one client to another seamlessly, without compromising on accuracy or quality. You'll need to be able to process time-sheets quickly and error-free, and have a mindset focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients.

As part of our growth strategy, we've fully embraced the remote working set-up, so you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. Our established remote working system is highly efficient, allowing you to avoid the daily commute and get straight to work.
