Customer Services Executive

Personnel Selection are excited to be working alongside this fantastic small business, based in Newbury. This role will be offered on a temp to perm basis and the hours of work are 8:30am to 5pm Mon to Thurs, with a 4pm finish on a Friday (45 min lunch break).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, customer focused business as their Customer Services Executive.
The role of Customer Services Executive will suit:

The role of Customer Services Executive will involve:
- Taking inbound customer service calls - this business enjoys a wide variety of customers, so you could be talking to an individual, or a large wholesaler.
- Administration - order processing, despatch notes, chasing deliveries
- Liaising with other departments to ensure SLA are achieved
- Working in a small, busy department
