Tribex are looking for an experienced part time family PA to join our highly prestigious clients household in the Newbury area. This is a VIP client that needs a top class personal to fill this particular role which is situated within the main family home.

**SKILLS**

The PA will possess the following skills:

- Management of high net worth individuals.
- Process driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Number literate and a first-rate record keeper.
- Extensive diary management including across multiple time zones and for more than one diary.
- Able to arrange all elements of complex travel and provide detailed itineraries.
- A meticulous planner with the ability to anticipating and execute future requirements.
- Ability to react quickly to last minute changes with ease.
- Manage multiple busy households and associated domestic staff.
- Excellent Microsoft office 365 skills with emphasis on Outlook diaries.
- Confident in managing a small team and being accountable for that team.
- Clear understanding of requirement for gatekeeping alongside total discretion.
- Calm with the ability to quickly problem solve in fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication verbal and written skills.
- Household Management
- Full Management of two family properties including their day to day running. This will include the following:

- Maintenance and project management. Procuring household equipment, supplies and services as required.
- Oversea household budgets ensuring all bills are management, authorised and paid.
- Liaise and management with third parties including any required access to the houses.
- Deal with any other ad hoc issues.
- Management of all household staff in relation to recruitment, contracts, job specifications, work load, reviews, annual leave requests and other personnel issues.
- Liaise with the household staff in respect of any matters relating to the children. E.g. schools, clubs, and doctors’ appointments.
- Management and maintain the personal motor vehicles, including MOT’s, road tax, congestion charge, insurance, services and maintenance.
- Maintenance of comprehensive filing system for all individual households and.
- Arrange evening or weekend child care when necessary.
- Finance & Banking
- Manage personal bank accounts including all household and personal bill payments.
- Management of regular outgoings and direct debits.
- Maintenance of relevant personal budget spreadsheets, keeping comprehensive records of incoming and outgoing monies.
- Liaise with accountants and the in-house Finance Department regarding any financial information or required tax returns.

This role will need to be for someone who is used to working in a high pressure environment and will be ideal for a fast thinker who can hit the ground running (with some training).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
