**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The Domain Engagement Lead is a key role responsible for identifying and prioritising digital initiatives alongside the Digital Director - Corporate Excellence and Functional Business teams to deliver meaningful value.

A key element of the role is to work collaboratively with business stakeholders at all levels, to ensure realisation of value for Corporate, understand all the Digital capabilities and technologies, knowing which combination of capabilities is appropriate to deliver a given initiative and maximise value creation, drive team engagement and bring together all the corporate domain areas into a holistic approach.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Delivery of benefits target for the Digital Strategy including business case approval and progression.
- Responsible for Domain reporting, including KPIs, OKRs, Finance, Value delivery, resources.
- Representation of Digital Domain Director at critical forums, including communication and presentations where needed.
- Identify which Digital capabilities and technologies are required to delivery digital initiatives for specific Domain.
- Develop and maintain ongoing backlog of Digital initiatives supporting the Domain.
- Work alongside Business Leads and Finance teams to construct benefits cases for complex business problems.
- Works with Digital Product Creation to ensure delivery of agreed Digital initiatives in line with commitments.
- Act as consistent point of contact for the Domain Senior team members.
- Adhere to Digital processes for all Digital capabilities.
- Influence Business Leads to develop an effective technology and digital strategy.
- Maintain technical knowledge through consistent external benchmarking and scanning within Domain area.
- Ensure Domain has sufficient Digital support to achieve transformational objectives.
- Support collaboration and communication across the team and coordination of team events.
- Delivering the reporting and governance framework for the Corporate Excellence Domain.

- Experience solving complex business problems.
- Excellent level of ability to frame and structure business problems and resolutions.
- Extensive experience in constructing complex business cases and present to stakeholders.
- Strong requirements gathering and translation of business need to technical solution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
- Experience in delivering transformation projects using agile methodologies.
- A background in operational roles as well as digital organisation.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and drive others to do so.
- Excellent collaborator who brings together cross functional teams.
