**WHAT TO EXPECT**

We are pursuing an accomplished Digital Product Specialist, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Payroll & Procure to Pay realm.

You will be responsible for all the technology elements required to fulfil key business capabilities in Finance at JLR. You will overlook the operations systems, infrastructure, support and risks of your product area. You will lead the delivery of change via the efficient deployment of technology and work in partnership with the business stakeholders to create a robust technology roadmap and strategy.

You will be delivering value propositions vital to the success of the business, aligned with the best digital standards and policies adopted by JLR Digital IT.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Ensure technology/ systems have adequate support framework around them, including supporting license negotiations and renewals (eg Saas solutions)
- Support the Digital Domain Product Manager to formulate domain-level product roadmaps and the associated funding forecasts
- Help the business to build and articulate Business Cases and support in evaluating and prioritizing suitable options
- Mature business requirements into product features. Align features to product backlogs in preparation to deliver through agile methodologies

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Strong commercial acumen and a history of making innovative and profitable decisions concerning IT
- Track record of technical leadership where service quality & security are a priority
- Experience in defining and executing a long-term systems strategy within a significant digital environment
- Experience in digital change management operating with various methodologies such as DevOps, Agile and Waterfall with a high level of IT technical competence
- Strong understanding of Payroll and Procure to Pay processes, Knowledge of ResourceLink is an advantage
