WHAT TO EXPECT

We are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Product Owner, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Technical Content Transformation realm.

This individual will be a strategic and capable Content Transformation Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team at JLR within the Customer Experience space.

Your mission? To play a crucial role in ensuring the effective utilisation and enhancement of our Content Transformation capability within our MarTech landscape whilst strongly collaborating with our Comms team who own the roadmap.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for Digital Asset Management system (MLDNA), prioritising functionality and features, and drive product development initiatives
Work closely with multiple partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements to MLDNA
Monitor key performance metrics and delivery outcomes in line with the associated Content Transformation roadmap and timelines
Work with a matched pair in Digital (IT) to make technology recommendations which best complement the to-be Technology Stack, in addition to supporting the digital asset product roadmap
Responsible for defining, developing and driving the systems and technologies that underpin JLR’s end-to-end digital asset strategy and governance process
Actively participates in Agile ceremonies and processes, identifying key deliverables, stakeholders and dependencies throughout QBR and sprint planning process

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Experience/understanding of digital tools / assets / platforms (DAM, CMS, CRM, Analytics)
Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result
Strong project management background within an Agile methodology
Strong interpersonal/communication skills, including the ability to support cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Agile (SCRUM) processes / Experience of working in an Agile Environment
Successful governance of Digital projects, delivered on time and budget
