**JOB OVERVIEW**
**Title**:PR & Events Assistant
**Schedule**: Part-time or full-time position available
**Location: IN PERSON - **Between our London office and Soho Offline Store. This is not a remote position

We're looking for a K-beauty enthusiast and social media native to join the PURESEOUL Marketing team.

As our PR & Events Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with top UK beauty influencers and liaise with Korea’s hottest beauty brands. Some of your responsibilities will include organising exciting influencer events, arranging PR boxes, and working with the UK’s top magazines. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the beauty industry, and to explore both press and event responsibilities.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research, identify, and contact new influencers that share PURESEOUL’s image and values within the UK beauty space on Instagram and TikTok
- Provide assistance to the marketing team in creating and implementing regular PR boxes.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with Influencers and press contacts
- Regularly reach out to press contacts and organise editor sample boxes
- Lease with UK publications to organise sponsored articles and product placement opportunities
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to organise campaigns with our partner brands
- Prepare and present detailed PR marketing reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategise and implement various events, including brand launch parties, seasonal product spotlight events, and more.
- Assist the management team with the organisation of annual internal company events
- Other marketing responsibilities may be included in additional tasks.

We are looking for a driven and committed new team member with a passion for the beauty industry.

You would be ideal for the job if you:

- Have an existing interest in Korean beauty
- Possess confident communication skills
- Would describe yourself as an outgoing and sociable individual who enjoys interacting with others
- Love to work as part of a close-knit team
- Have excellent knowledge of current beauty trends and influencers
- Ideally have experience working in the PR or beauty industry
- Have a can-do attitude and genuine passion for PR and Press marketing
- Strong organisation skills
