**JOB OVERVIEW**
**Title**: Social Media Assistant
**Schedule**:Full-time
**Location: IN PERSON - **Between our London office and offline store. This is not a remote position

As the newest member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for a variety of social media-related roles such as posting and scheduling content, managing our Instagram and TikTok accounts, and getting hands-on experience working directly with your favourite Korean beauty brands.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Daily Profile Management**: Support the management of our social media platforms, ensuring that content is uploaded daily with engaging, on-brand captions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the company.
- **Engagement and Interaction**: Engage with our followers by responding to comments, reposting infleuncer content, and fostering a sense of community to encouraging user-generated content.
- **Campaign Execution & Brainstorming**: Assist the wider team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations, promotions, and product launches.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct regualr market research to identify new trends and opportunities for the company.
- **Team Support**: Assist with additional marketing-related tasks as and when required

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for a creative social-media native with a love for the Korean skincare industry
- MUST have strong knowledge of Korean beauty brands and products.
- Understanding of beauty products, skincare routines, and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- High literacy and creative writing skills
- Knowledge of creative programmes such as; Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop etc

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
