About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Social Drip. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our videographers to plan and execute engaging content for each client, including creating content in-house using our filming and editing equipment.
  • Community Engagement: Foster dynamic interactions with followers, customers, and influencers across multiple platforms.
  • Client Communication: Maintain fluid, ongoing communications with clients, providing regular updates on their social media activities.
  • Research: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates.
  • Performance Analysis: Use social media listening tools to analyze and assess account performance, translating this information into actionable insights for clients.
  • Content Scheduling and Posting: Plan, build, and schedule content calendars.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging text for various content forms, ensuring it resonates with each client's unique voice.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in social media-focused roles, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. You should be able to commute to Hounslow and/or Hampton. Additional requirements include:

  • Love All Things Socials: You're fascinated by brands and how they market themselves on social media.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, stay on track with client communication, and keep all video and image content organized.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to long-term social media strategies that drive growth and brand development.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong copywriting skills to adapt to various client tones and styles.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with key social media listening, scheduling, and editing tools.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects across different client accounts.
  • Data Driven: Understands the importance of referring back to content insights when generating new content ideas.
  • Paid Social: Understands how to use Meta for paid campaigns.
