Incipio Group take forgotten and overlooked spaces and turn them into beautiful venues that defy convention. We specialise in creating destination spaces, focused on food, drink, happy people and good times.
We are looking for a creative and inspiring social media assistant to create content, boost engagement and ultimately drive more traffic to our pages.
**Responsibilities**
- Capturing and creating digital content in line with client brand guidelines and Social Media strategies
- Creating and implementing Social Media strategies for new and current venues
- Carry out competitor analysis to improve our marketing strategies
- Writing content for posts to attract relevant customers and driving call to actions
- Scheduling Social Media posts using tools provided
- Handle community management including answering all messages on our social pages, replying to comments & engaging with guest content
- Researching and staying relevant on current social trends to maximise client engagement across Social Media platform s old, new and emerging
- Creating monthly analysis reports on Social Media performance for each venue and feedback to line manager
- Adapt Social Media strategies constantly to achieve better performance.
- Create and implement marketing plans for our own social media channels and multiple umbrella brands.
- Work with our web teams to review and improve client websites, by updating images and content
- Assist with newsletters ensuring all content and copy is up to date, engaging and relevant to what is going out on our social media pages
**Required Skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Knowledgeable in paid social + digital marketing
- High level of passion for the Hospitality industry
- Good communicator with ability to engage the business at all levels
- Forward thinking with strong planning, process skills & organisational
- Brand literate with a strong affinity for the customer and their motivations
- Analytical ability to identify key issues and opportunities using data supplied by finance and insights
- Great Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Team player - able to work well with and external teams
