We're looking for a **Social Media Assistant** to join the D.Thomas team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will work alongside our marketing team to support in creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and analysing engagement data to drive our digital presence and foster meaningful interactions with our audience. We are looking for someone who is **obsessed with social and thrives on creating engaging content and staying ahead of digital trends.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shape and manage D.Thomas Clinic’s social media content from planning to publishing, including crafting engaging copy across all channels, with a focus on Instagram, Tiktok, and Threads.
- Engage in comprehensive content creation efforts, from ideation to delivery, including both planned and reactive content.
- Support on brand photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and clinic branding.
- Manage community interactions by ensuring responses are consistent, timely and maintain the D.Thomas Clinic’s tone of voice
- Work closely with the PR team to develop and implement effective social media strategies that include organic and gifted collaborations, enhancing the clinic’s visibility and brand reputation.
- Contribute to monthly social media reporting, using insights to steer future content creation and strategy adjustments.
- Proactively identify new and emerging social trends and platforms, evaluating their fit with D.Thomas Clinic’s brand and audience engagement.
- Oversee the case study process from start to finish, including booking, capturing content, and supporting final delivery.
- Proactively engage in influencer research and outreach to bolster D.Thomas Clinic relationships. As well as managing and strengthening existing relationships with key press and VIP contacts on behalf of D.Thomas Clinic.

**Requirements**:

- **Confident content creator** in both Instagram and Tiktok with a strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Have their **finger on the pulse** for social media trends relevant for D.Thomas Clinic.
- Have excellent and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills.
- Have a passion for the beauty and skincare industry, alongside their strong passion for social media and creative thinking.
- Have a strong ability to work independently as well as part of the wider team.
- Experience within a similar Social Media role (at least 12 months) is highly desirable however not essential

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
