As a **PR Event Coordinator,** you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement through the organisation of promotional events, product launches, press conferences, and other PR initiatives. This role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Event Planning**: Lead the planning and coordination of PR events, including product launch parties, press events, influencer gatherings, and brand activations.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to secure venues, catering, AV equipment, signage, and other event logistics. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Manage event logistics, including venue setup, guest list management, RSVP tracking, transportation, and on-site coordination. Ensure smooth execution and a positive guest experience.
- **Creative Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and broader PR team to develop creative concepts, themes, and collateral for PR events, including invitations, signage, promotional materials, and event branding.
- **Media Relations**: Work closely with the PR team to coordinate media outreach efforts for events, including press releases, media pitches, and media attendance coordination. Facilitate interviews and photo opportunities as needed.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in developing event budgets, tracking expenses, and managing costs to ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.
- **Post-Event Analysis**: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare event reports for our brands and recommendations for future events.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience (including internships) in event planning, PR, or marketing, preferably in the beauty industry (this is a plus but not a requirement)
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media contacts.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, passionate about delivering memorable and impactful events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution (Time off in lieu)
