**Title**: Customer Service Assistant - Korean Beauty
**Location**: West London
**Schedule**:Fulltime (35 hours PW), Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4 pm

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Order Management**: Process orders, track shipments, and handle order-related inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Korean beauty products to assist customers with product recommendations, usage instructions, and troubleshooting.
- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or product issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, including the buying team, to relay customer feedback, product issues, and market trends to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback Management**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing valuable insights to the team.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, buying, and logistics to enhance the overall customer experience.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Passion for Korean beauty products and a willingness to learn about the industry.
- Preferable previous customer service experience, ideally in the beauty or retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
