We have a full-time vacancy for an enthusiastic Customer Services Assistant to join our team. We are a thriving independent pharmacy in the heart of medical London, focussing on client care and satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment amongst a large professional team.

Your main duties will include:

- Providing customer service in a professional, friendly and empathetic way
- Taking orders over the telephone
- Assisting with order queries and product information
- Liaising with our suppliers for order updates and product details
- Customer escalations
- Working with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Ensuring the order process is a seamless and pleasant experience
- Updating the relevant CRM systems with the information relating to your calls

This is a responsible position involving medicines and medical devices. You will be given in-house training, which is compulsory to complete.

Mandatory skills:

- Self-motivation and excellent team-working skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality

Preferred skills:

- Good time-keeping
- Customer services experience
- Fast-learner with the ability to adapt working practices to our methods of working

The role is office based in London, W1. The normal hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch. In addition, you will work one Saturday every six weeks 10am-5pm, with a day off during the week.

**Salary**: £24,860.00-£27,355.00 per year
