**Scheduling Co-ordinatorAlcester - Salary Upto £27k per annum - Full-time - Permanent**
An exciting opportunity to join a small but vibrant team in a Service Co-Ordinator role.
**The day-to-day duties of the successful Scheduling Co-ordinator role would include;**
- Liaise with engineers to book remedial jobs
- Monitoring/acknowledging/reschedule revisit works from the Engineers
- Updating internal job management system with relevant notes
- Updating external client portals with ETA
**To be considered for our Scheduling Co-ordinator role you will need to have**:
- Strong administrative skills
- Great time management
- Superb geographical knowledge
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working as a Service Co-Ordinator in a fast-paced office environment
**What’s on Offer for our Scheduling Co-ordinator role?**
- Full time office hours Monday-Friday 08:30 - 1700
- Upto £27k per annum for the right person
