**Job Title: NWG Scheduler**

**Location: Stoke on Trent, ST1**

**Salary: £12.50 per hour**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm**

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced NWG Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Stoke on Trent, ST1. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive schedules for NWG (Network Work Group) operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and personnel.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and requirements for effective scheduling.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities, workloads, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure effective communication of schedules to all relevant stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
- Analyze and report on scheduling efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling activities.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a scheduling role or similar, preferably within a relevant sector.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments and demands.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
