**Are you a successful scheduler?**
We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler, where you will be responsible for delivering high quality patient care by preparing daily nurse schedules for a specific region or function. You will maximise nursing contact with patients in line with service expectations, ensuring the visiting nurses have the right competencies for the relevant treatments, whilst putting the patient and nurse needs to the forefront of your mind.
This role is home based but will move to an 80% at home 20% of time spent in the office.
**This role is fixed term for 12 months**
**This a hybrid role 20% Office based, 80% home based**
You will liaise with nursing staff and managers, ensuring all nurse and patient needs are considered when booking in appointments and keeping the system up to date with new referrals. You will review patients visits versus clinical resource available for a given day, identify potential issues and possible solutions, liaise with Management to discuss next steps using your excellent problem-solving abilities to contribute to the resolution of scheduling issues.
