Clinical Scheduling Administrator

**Are you an experianced clinical administrator?**
Liaise with internal and external healthcare professionals and other departments to resolve enquiries and appropriately escalate issues to support patients and promote effective care.
In addition contribute to and actively participate in supporting the continuous quality improvement. Undertake ongoing training and development to ensure that competence is maintained, and skills are progressed, as new technology and services are introduced.
This is a hyrbrid role that will require you to work 2 days a week in the Burton office.

- Proven ability to organise your workload and priorities your daily tasks in line with the needs of others.
- Proven experience of working in an administrative environment. (Clinical background an advantage)
- IT. literate with proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Your problem-solving skills will help you deal with complex and sensitive issues efficiently, and your confidence in communicating with allow you to build important relationships.
- Self movtiated and be able to work independantly with being able to adapt to change.
- You will be self-motivated and confident taking ownership over your work, and your passion for delivering to high quality standards means you will go beyond the call of duty to make the scheduling a smooth-flowing process.
- You will have experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment, handling issues effectively and working to tight deadlines.
