Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Repair Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Walton-on-Thames, KT12. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to resident repair requests by call and email, diagnosing the repair, and allocating appointments to the in-house and/or subcontracted workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident repair requests by call and email
• Diagnose repairs and allocate appointments to the workforce
• Schedule works into diaries for a team of up to 20 operatives daily
• Provide a high-quality service to clients on a face-to-face basis

Requirements:
• Social Housing and Repair and Maintenance background
• Experience in planning/scheduling jobs using a planning system
• Understanding of various trades and jobs allocated to direct labour staff or subcontractors
• Ability to write responses to complaints and other written communication
• Good computer skills

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £25,600 per annum (based on 37 hours per week at £12.50ph) and benefits that include health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
