About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Planner to join our Installation Teams at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to support engineer productivity
  • Planning and coordinating schedules to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Providing job details to engineers, processing payments, and scheduling follow-up visits to assist field activities
  • Collaborating with suppliers to meet customer expectations
