Job Overview

This role involves overseeing scheduling for all visit-related activity, in line with internal processes and Client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and contribute to the Agent recruitment process.
  • Maintain and action postcode allocation and transfers as needed.
  • Assist with the allocation of visits as required.
  • Review unallocated visits on a daily basis.
  • Complete Agent work reallocation as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, be able to communicate effectively, and possess a positive attitude. Estimated salary: £23,500.00 per annum.
