- **The role**:_

A Residential Children’s Support Worker provides emotional, psychological, and practical support to children and young people in care, assisting with daily routines, education, and leisure activities.

They also offer advice on health, education, socialisation, and mental wellbeing while communicating effectively, listening to the children's needs, and responding to challenging behaviours.

The job requires patience, empathy, confidence, and excellent communication skills. The goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that enhances the development of the children and young people.

Casual working can be utilised as an additional income, weekend job, to compliment your studies or for many of our team, can be used to obtain full-time position. Please note that we can offer placements from and up to 10+ miles of your central location.

8am-11pm + sleep

8am-11pm
