At Homes Plus, we're dedicated to creating inclusive and thriving communities for our customers and employees. We're looking for a Relief Bank Worker to join our team on a relief/ad-hoc basis to provide support in our sites.

You will be providing basic support, advice, and guidance to vulnerable people, including working with young people aged between 16-24 with complex needs who are living in supported housing.

As a Relief Bank Worker, you will support our service users when needed and complete administrative tasks within the office and reception to support the wider team.

This role requires a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as some travelling will be required between two offices.

We're looking for someone with an awareness of safeguarding issues and experience of supporting a vulnerable client group. You will need to work well in a team, enjoy working collaboratively, and remain calm and positive in demanding or difficult situations.

You will also be expected to demonstrate an ability to assess and deal with conflicting demands within a fast-paced environment and a commitment to delivering customer service to a high standard.
