Children's Support Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals in need, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. **Duties**:
- Provide childcare and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Create and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Support individuals in developing life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Assist with transportation needs, including driving individuals to appointments or activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or individuals in need is preferred
- Proficient in using basic IT tools for documentation purposes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual needs
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Pay: From £16.00 per hour
