Community Care Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Community Assistant to join our small team in providing support and care to vulnerable adults in their own home.
**Duties**:
- Provide person-centred, high quality support with daily activities and personal care for vulnerable adults in their own home.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
- Drive residents to appointments or outings when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to care
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents at all times
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English language
- Possess a valid driving licence
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues
- IT skills for maintaining digital records and documentation

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
