Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Choice Care Group. As a Deputy Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of our residential home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring that we meet CQC standards and company policies.
  • Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans for residents, working closely with families and external organisations.
  • Monitor and report on resident outcomes, ensuring that we are meeting our goals and improving our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external organisations.
  • Extensive knowledge of adult social care, including supervisory experience and relevant codes of practice and legislation.
  • Leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
