We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Deputy Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of the home, ensuring a high standard of care and support for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and supervisory experience from working in Adult Social Care. They must possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily running of the home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure they provide high-quality care and support to residents
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external partners to ensure a positive and supportive community
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided to residents

Salary: £30,225 per annum (pro rata)
