Luxury Travel Sales Manager

We have a very exciting opportunity as a **Luxury Travel Sales Manager** to join a highly successful and award winning travel company due to remarkable growth, hybrid working model based in the Gloucestershire area.

The experienced manager shall be managing the Tailormade sales teams to achieve and exceed budgeted targets.
**Luxury Travel Sales Manager Duties**:
- Delivery of maximum sustainable profits and the creation of a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Exceed the minimum key performance indicators and financial targets across relevant sales teams.
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring individual sales performances of travel consultants.
- carry out one formal performance review each month.
- Prioritise coaching and development needs.
- Identify booking trends within the market, working with Marketing and Product departments.
- Involvement in the planning and operation of educational travel for team members, to meet commercial objectives.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Experience in leading a sales team within the travel industry is imperative.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience within the luxury travel sector.
- People person with a passion for travel.
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
