Juice is thrilled to be supporting a leading professional services firm based in Bath City Centre, in their search for a HR Administrator to join their talented team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have previous experience and are looking to transfer your skillset into a new environment.

**DAY TO DAY**:

- Providing guidance for all enquiries that come into the HR inbox regarding HR policies, procedures, system queries, etc.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data including employee information
- Preparing HR paperwork, reports & correspondence
- Working closely with the Finance team to ensure that the payroll and benefits data are correct
- Supporting with the recruitment process
- Maintaining sickness absence records, maternity/paternity records, and monitoring probation periods
- Overseeing new starters’ and leavers’ processes and procedures
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Processing reference requests
- Carrying out exit interviews

**WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE**:

- Previous experience in an HR Administration position
- Ideally, you will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification
- IT literate - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
